Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate hardware asset management systems within enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve software functionality, scalability, and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with integrating hardware asset management systems in enterprise environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
