Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain security tooling and automation in Python.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) with security guardrails.
- Secure and monitor AWS cloud environments using native AWS security services.
- Apply Linux expertise for system hardening and secure configuration.
- Monitor and secure networks with a solid understanding of TCP/IP and DNS.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security requirements early.
- Stay current with security community developments and produce documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for security automation.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS environments.
- Comfortable working with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Linux systems.
- Experience embedding security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
