Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop specialized SDLC agents for requirements analysis, code generation, debugging, and automated testing.
- Design and build a scalable orchestrator to manage and coordinate multiple AI agents.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent communication, and API-driven generative AI tools into development workflows.
- Craft and refine prompts for complex reasoning, planning, tool use, and reliable LLM outputs.
- Apply Zero Trust Security principles across the agentic ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate the agentic system into existing development workflows.
- Write clean, efficient, and documented software for secure AI-driven systems.
Requirements
- A STEM degree and at least 8 years of software engineering experience are typically required.
- Professional software development experience with Python is required.
- Experience with LLMs, AI frameworks such as poolside and LangChain, prompt engineering, and generative AI agent or open-source projects is required.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance are required; an active existing clearance is required after day one.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Zero Trust Security experience, Docker, Kubernetes, Atlassian tools, CI/CD and deployment automation, UI design, distributed systems, process management, workflow orchestration, and scalable secure AI architecture experience.
- Familiarity with advanced agentic concepts such as Agent-to-Agent communication and multi-agent consensus is preferred.
