Base Salary
$175k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise technology strategy, architecture principles, and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, engineering practices, enterprise patterns, and reference architectures.
- Lead enterprise AI strategy, operating models, adoption frameworks, and responsible AI, security, compliance, and risk practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and AI capabilities through research, experimentation, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership and business, product, engineering, and architecture leaders to align technology investments with transformation goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects and represent the organization through industry forums, conferences, publications, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience across software engineering, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise technology direction without direct management authority.
- Mastery of problem solving, decision-making, collaboration, executive stakeholder management, innovation, strategic planning, and business outcomes delivery.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
