Base Salary

$152k - $222k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define multi-year technical roadmaps and architectural vision for multi-tenant cloud platforms and hybrid data environments.
  • Architect distributed RAG, agentic workflow, multimodal LLM, and secure vector retrieval applications.
  • Design fault-tolerant, elastic systems with high-concurrency processing, messaging, caching, and multi-region persistence.
  • Establish security, compliance, resilience, API, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability standards.
  • Lead global architecture review boards and drive technical consensus across matrixed engineering teams.
  • Mentor Lead Software Engineers and align technology stacks with enterprise goals.
  • Partner with product and engineering executives to translate business strategy into execution plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
  • At least 4 years of software development experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar lead role across large-scale systems.
  • Production-grade Python experience building microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with cloud-native ecosystems, container orchestration, and automated CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience designing high-concurrency distributed data pipelines and messaging systems.
  • Experience designing API contracts using gRPC, REST, and GraphQL and applying domain-driven design.
  • Preferred experience with scalable MLOps, LLM integration frameworks, agentic AI platforms, fine-tuning infrastructure, or vector search integrations.
  • Preferred experience with observability platforms, chaos engineering, and formal SRE frameworks.
  • Preferred industry influence through open-source contributions, patents, architecture standards, or conference speaking.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, build technical consensus, and communicate complex architecture.
