Responsibilities

Define and influence the direction of a small team in target tracking and state estimation.
Prototype and deploy algorithms for tracking and multi-sensor data fusion.
Develop high-performance software for real-time systems and simulations.
Design and implement filters and probabilistic reasoning systems.
Analyze system performance using simulations and statistical techniques.
Drive customer success by customizing algorithms for real-time tracking.
Integrate tracking technologies into the software development lifecycle.
Translate technical progress into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Proficiency in algorithm design, software development, and statistical modeling.
Strong knowledge of target tracking techniques like Kalman and particle filters.
Experience in state estimation and sensor fusion techniques.
Solid understanding of applied mathematics, including linear algebra and probability.
Knowledge of signal processing techniques for diverse sensor data.
Familiarity with big data pipelines and NoSQL databases.
Background in machine learning applied to target tracking.
Ability to engineer robust systems for estimation theory and adaptive filtering.
Demonstrated ability to work across development lifecycles.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
