Responsibilities

  • Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems using LLM reasoning loops such as ReAct and Plan-and-Solve.
  • Build, benchmark, integrate, and maintain AI/ML models and end-to-end AI solutions using Python, Azure, MLflow, and Databricks.
  • Adapt emerging generative and agentic AI frameworks, including LangGraph, AutoGen, and custom state machines.
  • Lead functional teams and AI initiatives that accelerate Conversational AI adoption.
  • Promote AI/ML best practices, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers on AI-powered products.
  • Engage customers to understand needs and recommend solutions that improve satisfaction and business value.
  • Monitor AI technology trends and apply them to enterprise challenges involving domains such as procurement and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Computational Linguistics.
  • At least 8 years of overall experience in machine learning and Natural Language Processing, including at least 4 years specializing in Conversational AI in production environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and a proven record of building autonomous or semi-autonomous agentic systems at scale.
  • Experience leading end-to-end industry AI initiatives from design through implementation and integration.
  • Experience applying strong software development practices and collaborating cross-functionally on AI-powered products.
  • Excellent mentoring skills and accountability for high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Experience building conversational interfaces over complex enterprise domains such as Supply Chain, Procurement, or Financial Risk is preferred.
  • Peer-reviewed publications in top-tier venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, AAAI, or KDD are preferred.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Poland.
