Responsibilities
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, reporting, UI elements, and reusable components.
- Develop integrations with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST, HTTP connectors, JMS, MQ, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges, and follow Pega guardrails and code quality practices with AES and SMA tools.
- Perform hands-on application development and system integration, including deployment activities and environment management.
- Apply Pega decision management techniques and contribute to project-level metrics and Agile delivery.
- Handle client calls independently and manage multiple Scrum teams and team delivery effectively.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with an overall minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications are required; CLSA Part 1 is good to have.
- Strong experience with Pega Platform and frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python development, prompt engineering, integrations, UI, reporting, and deployment activities.
- Experience designing application security, reusable components, ruleset hierarchies, decision management solutions, and scalable application integrations.
- Experience leading or handling multiple Scrum teams and managing project-level delivery responsibilities.
- Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google and experience with React.js, Node.js, or upgrades are preferred.
