Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, hire, and manage the performance of the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Own solution architecture across key projects and strategic enterprise customers.
- Serve as the technical authority in complex sales cycles and high-impact deals.
- Design scalable architectures, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
- Translate clinical, administrative, and technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Advise senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs and IT leads.
- Lead technical aspects of public and private tenders.
- Identify risks and trade-offs while ensuring long-term solution quality and scalability.
- Define and evolve architecture standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, ideally in complex B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in system architecture, APIs, and integration design.
- Deep understanding of cloud, on-premise infrastructure, networking, security, and VPNs.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent German and strong English skills are required.
- Experience with clinical or hospital IT systems is a strong plus.
