Responsibilities
- Design, develop, migrate, maintain, and support applications for a dedicated client account.
- Assess project design requirements and communicate detailed specifications to development teams and stakeholders.
- Review applications for compliance with design parameters and corporate development standards.
- Develop or review application testing protocols, evaluate test results, and direct further development.
- Participate in meetings with technical staff, business owners, and subject matter experts.
- Provide technical support for production applications and mentor or guide less experienced developers.
- Serve as a technical lead, architect, project lead, or principal developer when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- At least 5 years of programming or development experience, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Experience building and supporting C#/.NET web applications.
- Experience with SQL Server and stored procedures.
- Understanding of Web APIs and/or REST APIs and experience with API development.
- Experience with Git and Visual Studio.
- Proficiency with generative AI technologies such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management.
