Base Salary
$115k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop functional, high-performing features, systems, and APIs for an online banking platform.
- Collaborate with developers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Integrate applications with existing software systems and applicable data sources.
- Write unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks.
- Design solutions, solve technical problems, and evaluate emerging technologies for customer-facing financial products.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with Spring Boot microservices and Java Hibernate/ORM.
- Experience writing Java-based batch processing and working with REST, SOAP, and web application security.
- Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and relational database concepts, with exposure to PL/SQL.
- Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, Confluence, continuous integration, unit testing, and test automation tools such as JUnit, Jasmine, or Jest.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design, cloud design principles, and UNIX/Linux scripting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, deadline-management, and continuous-improvement skills.
