Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing C#/.NET applications and APIs.
- Build software solutions supporting digital ordering, delivery, and customer experience platforms.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations for internal systems and external partners.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and other software development lifecycle activities.
- Write maintainable, documented code; perform code reviews; and improve code quality, reliability, and development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Support cloud-native development, modernization, observability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices and participate in Agile planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with globally distributed, cross-functional teams on platform enhancements, partner integrations, and market activations.
- Contribute to technology evaluation, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications and services.
- Experience with C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, web services, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and source control systems.
- Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and common architectural patterns.
- Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production systems.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum ceremonies.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure; microservices; event-driven architectures; Docker; Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines; and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with distributed systems, integration platforms, high-volume transactional applications, monitoring, logging, observability, automated testing, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
- Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, verbal, and written communication skills.
