Responsibilities
- Develop novel computer vision algorithms and connect research concepts to products and business through rapid prototyping.
- Design, prototype, and develop production-ready systems for spatial intelligence and human-computer interaction.
- Convert research ideas and prototypes into robust, scalable, and maintainable systems in collaboration with researchers and backend/frontend engineers.
- Build interfaces across web, mobile devices, robots, smart glasses, and urban infrastructure.
- Collaborate with researchers on experimental ideas and publish papers.
- Present research findings internally and externally.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, statistics, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming experience in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Research experience in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, with publications at top-tier conferences or journals such as CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ICRA.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ph.D. in a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Experience with 3D computer vision, scene reconstruction, spatial reasoning, generative AI, agentic AI, multimodal foundation models, multimodal large language models, or generative AI products is preferred.
- Experience defining evaluation metrics and benchmarks, training deep learning models on large-scale datasets, or developing high-performance scalable implementations is preferred.
