Responsibilities
- Develop features and influence software architecture for next-generation AWS Graviton platforms.
- Write embedded software, firmware, and low-level drivers.
- Lead integration efforts across hardware and software departments.
- Work with high-end CPUs, reliable high-speed memory, and high-speed I/O.
- Collaborate on technologies supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and products such as Elastic Network Adapter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
- Experience writing low-level drivers or developing embedded software in C/C++.
- Experience with firmware development.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and complete system-level concepts.
- Preferred: experience with modern multi-core ARM devices and the SoC development lifecycle.
- Preferred: experience with hardware/software interfaces including I2C, SPI, DRAM, and PCIe.
- Preferred: driver development on bare-metal systems or real-time operating systems.
