Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end MDM and PIM solutions for clients during sales and presales stages.
- Define privacy-by-design principles and solutions involving global privacy requirements.
- Set technical direction, define component architectures, and review detailed designs across the master data lifecycle.
- Prepare RFP, proposal, solution architecture, estimation, and technical storyline content.
- Lead client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, proof-of-concepts, thought-leadership workshops, and executive presentations.
- Work with bid teams, partners, application architects, delivery teams, account teams, and centers of excellence to validate and hand over solutions.
- Provide advisory support to project teams during the transition from presales to delivery.
- Build and motivate a distributed presales team across multiple time zones and cultures.
Requirements
- Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of multi-domain MDM, PIM, and data privacy solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with at least two leading MDM platforms, including Reltio, Informatica, STIBO STEP, Semarchy xDM, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX, or Profisee.
- Hands-on familiarity with a privacy platform such as OneTrust, TrustArc, BigID, Securiti.ai, or IBM Guardium.
- Experience delivering end-to-end MDM, PIM, and data privacy programs and leading large MDM programs through the full system development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to independently author high-quality proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses.
- Experience defining CI/CD architecture for MDM projects and understanding batch, real-time, event-driven, and API-led integration patterns.
- L0 and L1 knowledge of at least one hyperscaler: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience leading client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive-level presentations.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, stewardship tools, PII, GDPR, and data privacy concepts.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery practices, MDM licensing models, and emerging MDM, PIM, CDP, and data protection use cases is preferred.
- Experience across multiple industry verticals and in technical presales is preferred.
- Ability to present to large audiences, manage competing priorities, evangelize ideas, and demonstrate outcome-focused leadership.
