Base Salary
$159k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop power management firmware for battery charging systems and PMIC integration.
- Contribute to the complete power management firmware stack.
- Engage in the full product lifecycle from architecture discussions to post-launch support.
- Perform hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging.
- Implement and maintain low-level drivers for PMICs and chargers.
- Support manufacturing by developing factory test firmware and troubleshooting production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the power and charging domain.
- Design firmware architectures that optimize performance and power consumption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of firmware development experience in battery-powered consumer electronics.
- Significant experience integrating PMICs, battery chargers, and protection circuits.
- Expert-level C/C++ development skills in resource-constrained systems.
- Experience in battery and low-power optimization.
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
- Strong hardware-level debugging skills using lab tools.
- Experience supporting factory firmware releases and troubleshooting production issues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
