Senior/Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, cloud-native AI system functionality and enterprise server platforms.
- Create architectures that solve complex scalability problems across distributed and highly concurrent systems.
- Drive features end-to-end, including design, architecture decisions, implementation, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Build comprehensive functional and system-level tests.
- Participate in release and deployment processes.
- Set technical direction and provide hands-on technical leadership across teams.
- Mentor MTS and AMTS engineers and conduct code and design reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, platform, Data Cloud, and AI Platform partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- 4+ years of industry experience in systems or database internals programming.
- 4+ years of technical leadership in the architecture and design of enterprise server platforms or systems.
- Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
- Experience designing highly concurrent, multithreaded or multiprocess data structures.
- Strong Java or C programming skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into technical plans and architecture and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce platform experience with Apex, LWC, or Data Cloud is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Agent Builder is preferred.
- Experience critically evaluating human- or AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance is preferred.

- The position offers annual base salary ranges of $148,500-$260,100, or $178,900-$285,800 in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan-area locations; compensation figures are excluded from benefit classification.
