Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core systems tracking datacenter sites, designs, bills of materials, equipment, and construction progress.
- Embed with datacenter, energy, and supply-chain teams to understand workflows and build essential operational tools.
- Migrate and reconcile spreadsheets and legacy trackers and integrate construction management, scheduling, and engineering systems.
- Design fine-grained permissions, auditability, and data quality for high-stakes investment information.
- Ship early, iterate with users, and prioritize work that brings compute online sooner.
- Partner with research on model capabilities and their limitations in engineering-heavy, physical-world domains.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building software, with strong full-stack skills and grounding in data modeling, APIs, and databases.
- Experience building software relied upon by teams in datacenters, construction, energy, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or another physical-world industry.
- A track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments.
- Strong user-centricity, judgment, agency, and communication across engineering, operations, and research.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field, though formal education credentials are not required.
- Preferred experience includes datacenters or adjacent fields, domain tooling such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, PLM/BOM, ERP, procurement, CAD/BIM, DCIM, or power system studies; engineering or energy systems background; and building products with large language models.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $405,000—$485,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to be in an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.
