Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives promoting ethical AI practices and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams while making decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for complex AI problems and contribute to key organizational decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development in responsible AI.
- Monitor emerging AI ethics trends and challenges to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI principles.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions that comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Python and Large Language Models experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
