Base Salary
$105k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provision and change infrastructure exclusively as code to ensure reproducible and reviewable environments.
- Reverse engineer inherited applications and infrastructure, including dependencies, integrations, and end-to-end data flows.
- Design, build, evaluate, and harden agentic AI solutions that automate platform, delivery, and operations toil.
- Implement security and compliance controls including least-privilege access, secrets handling, policy-as-code guardrails, and audit evidence.
- Engineer and manage observability solutions using OpenTelemetry.
- Deploy and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Container Apps.
- Monitor container health and performance, troubleshoot issues, participate in root cause analysis, and implement lasting remediation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build intelligent agentic AI solutions rather than only consume AI tools.
- Experience provisioning infrastructure as code and reverse engineering applications and infrastructure.
- Experience with observability, application performance monitoring, and tracing using OpenTelemetry.
- Experience managing Docker and Kubernetes container platforms, especially Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Container Apps.
- Ability to implement security and compliance controls such as least privilege, secrets handling, policy-as-code, and audit evidence.
- Must have high-speed home internet exceeding 10 Mbps.
- Must complete identity verification, a comprehensive background check, in-person I-9 verification, and potentially drug screening before employment.
