Responsibilities
- Drive significant technology initiatives end-to-end across multiple layers of architecture.
- Design and implement durable software solutions that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and integrated with numerous other systems.
- Provide technical leadership and coach software engineers pursuing technical career paths.
- Inspire innovation and generate creative ideas for emerging business needs.
- Stay current with industry best practices, share learnings, and apply emerging technologies.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
- 5+ years of experience with mid-tier technologies such as Node and Java.
- 4+ years of UI development experience using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, HTML, JSON, and Bootstrap.
- Passion for well-written code, test-driven development, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborative mindset, customer focus, and strong communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
