Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the company's automation roadmap and deliver measurable operational leverage.
- Scale the AI Operations function, including hiring and developing operators and engineers.
- Shadow clinical and back-office teams to identify high-ROI automation opportunities.
- Refine processes for capturing workflows and monitoring automations in production.
- Lead data integrations across major EHRs and manage contracts and reliability.
- Evolve the automation stack to match workflows using various integration methods.
- Maintain internal AI tooling and train teammates on AI usage.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability of automation solutions.
- Align with Engineering on integration patterns and data contracts.
- Coach and develop the AI Ops team through structured training and support.
- Enforce documentation and change-management practices for reliable systems.
- Serve as a conduit between operators, clinicians, and internal teams for product strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, or product management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- Fluency with modern AI tooling and understanding of its applications.
- Hands-on technical skills with APIs and light scripting languages.
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with an ownership mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
