Responsibilities
- Own implementations end-to-end for health systems, from technical scoping through go-live and beyond.
- Build custom integrations with complex healthcare platforms.
- Design intelligent workflows tailored to each customer's specialty and operational constraints.
- Launch agents that handle thousands of real patient interactions daily.
- Debug integration issues across various healthcare systems.
- Architect creative solutions to handle healthcare complexities.
- Build tooling and automation to enhance future implementations.
- Optimize agent performance using real-world data and customer feedback.
- Partner with Product Engineering to influence platform direction.
- Identify patterns across implementations that become product features.
- Work with Sales to scope technical requirements and demo capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping production code.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and working across multiple systems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Resourceful mindset for solving problems in unclear situations.
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient access.
