Base Salary
$155k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own health system implementations from technical scoping through go-live and beyond
- Build custom integrations with complex healthcare platforms
- Design intelligent workflows tailored to customer specialties, patient populations, and operational constraints
- Launch AI agents handling thousands of daily patient interactions
- Debug integration issues across phone systems, EHRs, scheduling platforms, and patient engagement tools
- Architect solutions for insurance verification, appointment rules, and clinical protocols
- Build tooling and automation to improve future implementations
- Optimize agent performance using production data and customer feedback
- Partner with Product Engineering to influence platform direction
- Identify implementation patterns that can become product features
- Work with Sales to scope technical requirements and demo capabilities to prospects
- Represent customer needs and provide field-based product feedback
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping production code
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and working across multiple systems
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Scrappy and resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Passion for healthcare and improving patient access
- Healthcare systems experience, including EHR, practice management, or patient engagement platforms, is preferred
- Previous customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation experience is preferred
- Familiarity with voice or telephony systems such as Twilio is preferred
- AI/LLM applications experience is preferred
- Enterprise customer experience is preferred
