Responsibilities
- Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives using Valeo standard methodologies such as QRQC.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations.
- Apply existing design standards and support digitalization roadmap adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and identification of potentially patentable inventions.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate budget awareness and optimize resource utilization within the assigned scope.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge within the relevant engineering discipline.
- Apply existing design standards and Valeo guidelines effectively.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, innovative thinking, and awareness of intellectual property protection.
