Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and extend software solutions and AWS-based infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot AWS-wide issues and cross-system integration problems.
- Build new architectures on top of existing designs and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Implement, maintain, and extend CI/CD processes and integration pipelines.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and debug Node.js applications, Bash scripts, OpenSSL CLI usage, and FTL templates.
- Work with APIs, communication models, security architectures, and cloud access patterns.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud architectures, and general cloud design patterns.
- Experience with CloudFormation, AWS SAM, IAM, EventBridge, API Gateway, Route 53, Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, security groups, VPCs, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, and AWS CLI.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed AWS systems and integrations.
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication models, OpenAPI v3, and JSON.
- Understanding of OAuth2 flows, JWT, client credentials, OpenSSL certificates, and role-based cloud access patterns.
- Experience with Git, Azure Pipelines, Node.js, Bash, OpenSSL CLI, and FTL templates.
- Experience with Grafana, Azure DevOps, and Postman or Insomnia is required by the listed technology expectations.
