Responsibilities
- Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
- Configure Vault applications to meet customer needs, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications.
- Work with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements and create corresponding solution designs.
- Manage communication among customer stakeholders, implementation and maintenance teams, and internal Veeva product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
- Assist with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software, or experience in the life sciences industry with exposure to Quality Management and an affinity for technology.
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing work, including managing customer expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with clients, understand and translate business requirements, and create solution designs.
- At least a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or another field.
- Legal authorization to work in Europe; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
