Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions across major portions of the team’s systems while balancing near-term delivery and long-term maintainability.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including product definition, scoping, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach teammates on high-quality, well-documented code.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to deliver solutions aligned with business and customer value.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and drive permanent fixes that improve processes and system reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 1 year of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
