Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, and EA modules.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flows, and Workflows using Flow Designer.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide L3 support and mentor junior P1/P2 team members as needed.
Requirements
- Requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, the ServiceNow data model, tables, CMDB basics, ACLs, roles, and the security model.
- Experience with at least two major ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, or EA.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CAD, or two or more CIS certifications.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and exposure to DevOps, ATF, or ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
