Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, and EA.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flows, and Workflows.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
- Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support upgrades, patches, platform enhancements, coding standards, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, the ServiceNow data model, tables, CMDB basics, ACLs, roles, and the security model.
- Experience with at least two major ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, or EA.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications; enterprise-scale implementation experience; and exposure to DevOps, ATF, or ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
