Responsibilities
- Design and build efficient algorithms for load balancing and scalability of Kora.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to execute the Kora Serverless roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for cloud services.
- Evaluate and enhance the technology stack based on industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in large scale distributed systems.
- Experience with production services in the cloud and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Java and Scala.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
