Responsibilities
- Develop new functionality for global eFX trading platforms alongside distributed engineering teams.
- Write high-performance Java and Rust code for large-scale, mesh-based service-oriented systems.
- Contribute to multiple team releases while working under significant time pressure.
- Solve complex technical and business problems quickly in a business-facing environment.
- Communicate results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in automated trading at a bank or hedge fund.
- At least 15 years of finance development experience.
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Benchmark, and eNDF trading.
- Experience with large-scale global mesh-based platforms and high-frequency automated trading.
- A proven track record in performance computing.
- Bachelor of Science degree or similar.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to contribute to multiple releases concurrently in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.
