Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop use cases including AI agents, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own features independently from ideation through production deployment.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and other technical teams.
- Develop domain understanding, challenge assumptions, and translate business opportunities into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline development is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate fluently in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Consultative mindset, analytical judgment, pragmatic execution, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
