Responsibilities
- Design Imprint's internal agent platform from the ground up.
- Create over 100 specialized AI agents to automate workflows across various functions.
- Build secure and scalable agent orchestration systems integrating with existing tech.
- Partner with teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Integrate AI with internal systems like CRMs and data warehouses.
- Transform manual processes into intelligent, self-improving workflows.
- Rapidly prototype using cutting-edge AI frameworks and models.
- Implement RAG pipelines and multi-modal AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a high-growth technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI API and Claude API.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Experience with RAG architectures and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of AI safety and security practices.
- Customer-centric approach to translating business needs into technical solutions.
