Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business and technical requirements while working with clients across different domains and industries.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how solutions will meet business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using established practices and design patterns.
- Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot issues, and devise solutions.
- Plan and organize work and report issues and progress accurately and promptly.
- Identify areas for personal development and improve programming skills across different technologies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant IT specialization is required.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming is required.
- Flexibility and willingness to work with various technological platforms and tools.
- Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
