Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries.
- Produce design deliverables explaining how solutions address business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable and reliable software using best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs.
- Plan and organize work, report issues and progress, and identify personal development areas.
- Collaborate in an agile, international environment with colleagues across Warsaw and Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant IT specialization.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Flexibility and openness to working with various technological platforms and tools.
- Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
