Responsibilities
- Build greenfield backend products and features for Allegro Klik and Allegro Care.
- Develop payment, account-linking, account-opening, top-up, cashback, insurance, and policy-management functionality.
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and code maintainability.
- Take features from business concept through production and iterate based on user feedback.
- Work with distributed systems, microservices, partner APIs, and Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, design, business, and engineering stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, backlog grooming, team discussions, and retrospectives.
- Take ownership of delivered features and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of .NET and backend development.
- Interest in distributed systems and microservices; exposure to partner APIs is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and experiment with Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
- Commitment to high-quality code, code reviews, constructive feedback, and continuous learning.
- Ability to understand business context, communicate with stakeholders, and work independently.
- Responsibility and resilience when working with critical financial data.
- Interest in using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Fluent Polish and communicative English at least at B2 level.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge within a team.
