Responsibilities

  • Participate in private banking and wealth-management transformation projects.
  • Support banking software implementation phases including analysis, implementation, testing, rollout, and maintenance.
  • Design and implement banking processes using various tools and platforms.
  • Design, customize, and test solutions in an Eclipse-based development environment using Oracle and PL/SQL.
  • Participate in application integration work based on a containerized OpenShift platform.
  • Collaborate with global clients and local and international colleagues on solution implementation and support.
  • Deliver solutions across stock exchange, payments, CRM, KYC, interfacing, and data migration areas.
  • Use JIRA and Confluence for collaboration and project work.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or computer science, or equivalent engineering qualification, or final-year university studies.
  • Good knowledge of relational database concepts, including Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL.
  • Good knowledge of programming concepts and preferably one modern programming language such as Java, Python, VBA, C#, or C++.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, remain organized, and handle tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with very good written and spoken English.
  • German or French language skills are a bonus.
  • Finance experience or knowledge of banking products and processes is a bonus.
