Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, or service operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- At least 1 year of payments industry experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 1 year in a technical leadership role, and experience designing enterprise-grade architectures and defining technical standards.
