Responsibilities

Develop and maintain application source code using object-oriented programming languages.
Build complex application solutions in a Scrum team for customers.
Design application and framework architectures, including interfaces and relational database structures.
Analyze customer requirements, consult with customers and project stakeholders, and propose technical solutions.
Estimate development, testing, and bug-fixing effort for customer budget planning.
Implement customer requirements into functional and user-friendly applications.
Test programmed functionality before deployment and ensure code quality.
Implement application security concepts according to PSA policy and Deutsche Telekom standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and participate in internal evaluation processes.
Own the technology aspects of the product and negotiate technology stack decisions with product and project management.
Create and validate epics and user stories, describe processes and data flows, and ensure development readiness.
Collaborate with business owners, product owners, product management, architects, agile development teams, and internal and external interface partners.
Identify non-functional requirements and analyze and align REST APIs.

Systematic skills with React and Angular.
Experience with application programming in object-oriented programming languages.
Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
Experience with agile software development methods such as Scrum.
Advanced programming, hardware/software overview, and general IT knowledge.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
English proficiency of at least B2 level.
German language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of testing tools or frameworks, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, databases, and Grafana is preferred.
Ability to connect business requirements and models with technology solutions and implementation opportunities.
