Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain canvas apps and model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, scheduled flows, and business process automations.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, SQL Server, and other data sources.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Create reusable components, custom forms, approval workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, environment management, and post-production support.
- Apply security, performance, data governance, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution handover documents.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
- Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, scheduled flows, and business process automation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs, and external-system integrations.
- Knowledge of data modeling, tables, relationships, forms, views, security roles, permissions, and data connectivity.
- Basic scripting or development knowledge in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and SQL.
- Familiarity with solution packaging, deployment, environment management, and ALM practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues, flow failures, permissions, and data connectivity problems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Power BI dashboards and reporting experience is preferred.
- Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments and supporting business users is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred, including PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, and PL-400.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Azure services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, governance, environment strategy, security, compliance, data loss prevention, and role-based access controls is advantageous.
