Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, refining business objectives into technical solutions.

- Design and implement robust yet flexible Jira configurations.
- Utilize advanced reporting to provide visibility into operational health.
- Mentor teams on best practices and maintain high-quality internal documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration.
- Ability to work from high-level briefs and engage in discovery processes.
- Experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus.
- Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, and Scriptrunner.
- Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in workflow customization and stakeholder management.
