Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product leaders to identify customer problems and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain full-stack product features and systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor teammates and participate in code reviews to shape engineering culture.
- Contribute to building a world-class engineering team through recruiting and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance systems for complex workflows.
- Excitement about Large Language Models and their application in systems.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently drive projects.
- Clear communication skills for articulating technical decisions to various stakeholders.
