Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery and make team-level technical decisions.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, scalability, and performance standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business requirements.
- Use Oracle Primavera P6 for project scheduling, resource management, risk analysis, system integration, and project-data analysis.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to support successful delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource management, and risk analysis in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience integrating Oracle Primavera P6 with enterprise systems and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on optimizing project workflows and performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
