Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration within ServiceNow ITOM environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving ITOM modules and integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Manage and guide the team in performing project responsibilities and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM.
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and orchestration in ITOM environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving ITOM modules and integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used to customize and extend ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.
