Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance, scalable AI/ML infrastructure.
- Build and execute production-ready ML pipelines efficiently.
- Serve machine learning models at scale.
- Create tools for continuous monitoring, observability, improvement, and drift detection.
- Translate high-value AI opportunities into deployable and sustainable products.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, domain experts, partners, and clients.
- Expand and share knowledge of AI infrastructure, model monitoring, business processes, and domain expertise.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Kserve.
- Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, Helm charts, ArgoCD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Foundational knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Experience with relational and vector databases.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, including some experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Go, C#, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical, verbal communication, written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
