Responsibilities
- Lead the design, evolution, and governance of scalable end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams on architecture roadmaps and technical feasibility.
- Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains, including Program Increment planning and architecture alignment.
- Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway to enable predictable delivery.
- Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Promote data governance, data quality, security, and compliance best practices in solution designs.
- Support the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
- Advise business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams and align technology approaches across teams and programs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that increase business value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role.
- Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience with SAFe and Agile at scale.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing technical and business audiences.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
