Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex agentic solutions.
- Define technical strategy and make architecture, framework, and tooling decisions for AI initiatives.
- Design and implement agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, availability, scalability, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and data scientists in agentic solution development and software engineering practices.
- Plan and manage development timelines and deliverables using Agile processes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Assess, manage, and report control and compliance risks while safeguarding the firm, clients, and assets.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2.5 years architecting and developing production-ready Gen AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
- Expert understanding of agentic solution design, including architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, and reinforcement-learning feedback loops.
- Strong experience architecting highly scalable, available, and performant technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Strong exposure to program or project management, Agile methodologies, and development timeline planning.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in production environments.
- SAS, SQL, and Tableau skills are pluses.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.
