Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline customer experiences.
- Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues to optimize ServiceNow platform performance and availability.
Requirements
- Wide-ranging experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA.
- Excellent programming skills in JavaScript.
- A problem-solving and analytical approach.
- Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, including continuous UK residence for the last five years and satisfaction of other clearance criteria.
