Base Salary
$115k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain enterprise feature stores and real-time data lakes for predictive modeling and NLP workflows.
- Design and implement resilient, secure GCP and Azure architectures using Terraform.
- Operationalize machine-learning models and LLM applications for batch and real-time inference.
- Develop agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for model training, deployment, integration, and rollback.
- Establish LLMOps and MLOps observability, governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Coordinate data and machine-learning workflows using Cloud Composer and Airflow.
- Collaborate with data scientists to define model requirements and optimize effectiveness, latency, and cost.
- Evaluate AI vendors and lead proofs of concept and pilot implementations.
- Partner with data science, risk, security, and product teams on AI adoption.
- Mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams and promote documentation and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience building and operating enterprise-scale platforms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management, GCP, Vertex AI, MLOps, and Terraform is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of large language models and model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Vertex AI AutoML, DataRobot, Snorkel, and H2O.ai.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Google Cloud certifications such as GCP Cloud Engineer or GenAI Leader are nice to have.
