Responsibilities
- Manage customer deliveries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Support the delivery of both standard and customized solutions for customers.
- Validate and submit customer migration files, guiding clients through the process.
- Contribute to QA efforts by defining test criteria and executing validation.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all activities.
- Support marketplace monitoring and integration efforts, including API consulting.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience solving complex technical implementation challenges.
- Hands-on experience with QA processes, including test plan creation.
- Solid understanding of the billing domain and experience with migrations.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and marketplace configurations.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
