Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize practical ServiceNow AI use cases, validate their value and risk, and convert successful concepts into secure, maintainable production solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions for request creation, fulfillment, support, consulting, and user experience.
- Develop reusable prompts, skills, patterns, components, subflows, actions, APIs, and guidance for AI-enabled catalog and fulfillment solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development to improve delivery efficiency, documentation, code quality, testing, and adherence to out-of-the-box ServiceNow practices.
- Coach developers, testers, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on ServiceNow AI capabilities, prompt engineering, responsible use, limitations, and quality controls.
- Build, test, secure, document, operate, monitor, and continuously optimize production-grade AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, maintainability, privacy, governance compliance, and hallucinations before production use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integration, debugging, and solution engineering skills.
- Practical experience implementing ServiceNow AI or intelligent automation capabilities, preferably Now Assist, Now Assist for Creator, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Agents.
- Strong experience with Service Catalog and IT Request Fulfillment, including request lifecycles, approvals, fulfillment flows, and Employee Center or Service Portal.
- Ability to design, build, test, secure, document, and operate production-grade AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, output evaluation, hallucination control, data quality, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework and automated quality controls for ServiceNow configurations, flows, catalog solutions, and custom development.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, professional English, and experience working in global enterprise or implementation environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred; relevant ServiceNow AI, implementation, or micro-certifications are advantageous.
- ITIL Foundation and experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps delivery are advantageous.
